Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Velvet Coat gift card.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift cards can also be used in store as long as you bring in a physical or digital copy.

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges on full price items. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt on full price items. 

Please follow these guidelines: 

-Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached.

-Sale items (items discounted from their original price) are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit. 

-Shipping fees are not refundable

International orders are not eligible for return.
