RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase on full priced items only. Please follow the guidelines listed below: 

  • Items must be returned unworn with the receipt   
  • All items must have original tags attached
  • Sale items (items discounted from their original price) or items purchased using promotions are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. 
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please keep a record of your shipping/tracking information.

No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit after 7 days.
There is a $5 processing fee for online returns that will be deducted from your refund. We are unable to refund shipping costs.

SHIPPING 


Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number.
If you live in Des Moines or Iowa City and would like to pick-up your order please leave us a note at checkout and we will refund your shipping charge. Some items are not available for this option.
Orders of $350 or more receive ground free shipping in the continental US via USPS.
You are responsible to provide Velvet Coat with the correct and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to make corrections by emailing betsy@velvetcoat.us 
Velvet Coat is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.
