Shipping policy

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number.

If you live in Des Moines or Iowa City and would like to pick-up in store please email web@velvetcoat.us prior to placing your order. Some items are not available for this option. If you would like to apply reward points to your order, please leave us a note at checkout and we will refund you after your order has been received.

Orders of $350 or more receive ground free shipping in the contiguous US via USPS or UPS. 

You are responsible to provide Velvet Coat with the correct and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to make corrections by emailing web@velvetcoat.us 

If you would like to add shipping insurance or a signature requirement upon delivery please contact us or leave us a note at check out. In some instances this may require an additional fee.

Velvet Coat is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.
