RETURN POLICY

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges on full price items. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt on full price items. 

Please follow these guidelines: 

-Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached.

-Sale items (items discounted from their original price) are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit. 

-Shipping fees are not refundable

  

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we can provide you with a return shipping label.

All return shipping labels must be posted within 7 business days of receiving the original order.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our guidelines.

You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed. 

 

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number.

If you live in Des Moines or Iowa City and would like to pick-up your order please leave us a note at checkout and we will refund your shipping charge. Some items are not available for this option.

Orders of $350 or more receive free ground shipping in the continental US via UPS. 
You are responsible to provide Velvet Coat with the correct and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to make corrections.

Velvet Coat is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.
